After making contact, we will set up a time to discuss in detail what you want (this discussion will include any reference sheets, other references and any information)(~I love your draft with stickman ^^~).

After Agreement from the two parts, 100% of the payment is expected up-front to confirm your commission / slot.

When it's your commission turn (I will let you know by reaching you), I will keep you frequently updated on the process (concept, sketch, colors, lighting/shadow, texture/details).

After the commission is finished and confirmed,you will be receiving the finished full resolution piece (do not worry you will have a preview).

I will post it on my Social Platform mentionning you or not if you don't want.

The full price is set up by taking different element on the price list (e.g. : 1 fullbody + 1 Add character fullbody + Background).

You will pay 100% upfront to comfirm the slot.

You can cancel the commission whenever you want before any payment.

No refund will be done after the first payement.

The payment will take place on Paypal in Euro € only.

No minor will be acccepted.

Feel free to ask me any question about my work/your commission or just to say hi.

I do not accept commissions from minors. nor do I accept their presence on my platforms because of adult content (see the law of majority in your country).

I will not accept harrasment, You will be kept in course of the progress of you commission step by step and when it will be your turn I will inform you.

I reserve the right to stop working on your commission in the event of harassment, threats or bad behavior. You will be blacklisted.

We can change some details during every step of the process, but major adjustment will increase the final price or will be declined.

Note that I prefer major ajustment to your peice at the first step of the process (skecth, lining, base coloring) after that it will be more complicated to change a big part of it.

I reserve the right to decline a request that makes me uncomfortable.

You cannot modify your product without my consent.

Any commercial use of my painting such as print, merch, advertising are prohibed without informing me and credit my work.

I reserve the right to decline your commercial use.

Therefore, personal uses like : posting online on your social media (Twitter, Furaffinity, etc) or print are allowed.

I reserve all rights on the finished piece. (e.g. : Using it as print, posting on my social platform, using them on my price list / video / stream / communication).

I reserve all rights on WIP too.
